For items purchased at Bagalabel.com, all returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item(s)
Due to limited production of each item Baga offers exchanges only
Baga does not offer refunds at the moment
All SALE items are final sale and not eligible for exchange
The item sent for exchange must be unworn, unaltered, and free of any odors/fragrances, packed in original packaging and all tags attached
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in suitable condition for an exchange

Shipping charges in exchange process are covered by the buyer

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your exchange approval along with shipping label purchase link and packing/shipping instructions
You must send the item within 5 business days of exchange approval
Once we receive the item you would like to exchange we will ship the replacement within 3 business days
Delivery
Shipping time frame for US orders are 3-7 business days. Delivery time might exceed due to holidays or bad weather
International orders shipping time frame is 5-8 business days
